Here's a pic I took using a 20 year old Nikon SLR  Its a friend of mine, on her wedding day, taking a stroll on a private beach in Coff's harbour.  Perhaps collecting her thoughts before the ceremony.

Why we Study~~

Loose Translation :P

Handed it in, but it doesn't mean I wrote it.

I wrote it, but it doesn't mean I understand.

I understand, but it may not be enough to write the exam.

Wrote the exam, but it doesn't mean I will pass!

I passed, but it doesn't mean I will graduate!

I graduate, but it doesn't mean I will find a good job!

I get good job, but it doesn't mean I will find a wife!

I find a wife, but it doesn't mean I will be able to have children!

If I have children, they may not be mine!

The children are mine, but it doesn't mean that they will listen to me!

If the listen to me, it doesn't mean the will grow up!

If they grow up, they may not respect me!

Fine, they respect me, but it doesn't mean that they will study hard!

Even if they study hard, they might not get into a good school!

If they are in a good school, it doesn't mean they will hand in their assignments!

God! Why am I handing in my assigment!?

First Post

Ahh, just made my xanga blog again.  It's been hmm...4 years?  hahaha.  This is one of my favourite pics by Doisneau.  Why?  I think the background reflects our daily lives, our schedules are filled with meetings and deadlines.  We're always running to from one place to another without thinking of the things that really matter.  Even though the couple is in the midst of busyness, time seems to have stopped for them as they share a moment of affection.
